Client Service Leader

Step into a leadership role at Gallagher as a Client Service Leader. In this role, you'll manage people, processes, and accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll guide your team to meet branch goals and support the overall strategy. By building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you'll enhance Gallagher's value and contribute to our shared success. You'll also have the opportunity to design and implement service improvements, creating a positive ripple effect across the branch.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements, Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment, Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
