In this role, you'll manage people, processes, and accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll guide your team to meet branch goals and support the overall strategy. By building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you'll enhance Gallagher's value and contribute to our shared success. You'll also have the opportunity to design and implement service improvements, creating a positive ripple effect across the branch.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements, Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment, Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
