Are you ready to lead operational excellence and drive positive change in a fast-paced, global environment? Gallagher Re is seeking a dynamic Broker Support Manager to join our Global Facultative reinsurance team! In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate a team of broker support professionals, ensuring support for brokers, seamless transitions to servicing and claims, and continuous process improvement. You will play a vital role as a partner to leadership, compliance, and operational teams, championing guidelines and regulatory compliance.
How you'll make an impact:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Previous experience in the re/insurance industry, preferably in broking operations. Solid understanding of reinsurance or facultative business is highly preferred. Proven management experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Eligible to work in the relevant location. Ability to travel as the need arises.
