Our Claims Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling claims inquiries in a fast-paced environment while resolving customer concerns and questions. This role does not require a license so your primary responsibilities will be limited to inquiries on claim statuses and forwarding calls to appropriate claim staff.

How you'll make an impact:

• Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants, and medical providers about claims information.
• Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
• Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education, and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.

About you:

• Advanced English level bilingual.
• Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
• 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
• Desirable: Previous experience in handling claims inquiries.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written communication via email and chat.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience in insurance is ideal but not mandatory.
