✨ About The Role
- Responsible for system-level and module-level design to support a ground-breaking multi-function distributed satellite constellation
- Collaborate closely with flight software, mechanical, and spacecraft operations teams to design and validate avionics electronics for the orbital environment
- Develop circuit designs, simulations, and spacecraft hardware requirements, specifications, and test procedures
- Support flight software bring-up and validation by implementing hardware test plans and ensuring system performance
- Opportunity to shape the design of the first autonomous formation flying distributed satellite constellation, from clean-sheet designs to full operational deployment in space
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced electrical engineer with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in electronics design, fabrication, and testing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including flight software, mechanical, and spacecraft operations
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in designing avionics or flight-control systems, working in startup environments, and integrating and testing avionics systems
- Familiarity with computers, programming languages, and laboratory test equipment, with a demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional role
