Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinate with second level support to fix the problem. Monitoring and Checking KPIs Troubleshooting windows, Linux and network (VPN) issues. Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat & apache applications Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way. Handle different requests using a ticket system or e-mail. Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way.
