Job Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members. Define project scope, goals, and objectives, considering the organization's requirements and priorities.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, such as leaders, cross-functional teams, and end-users, throughout the project lifecycle. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Assess resource requirements, including staffing needs, and allocate resources appropriately. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure adequate support for project activities and milestones.
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the established project plan. Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, promoting user adoption and addressing any concerns or resistance.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
• Generate regular project and financial reports, status updates, and metrics related to project milestones, risks, and issues. Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, related major, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
• Experience working in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication style and interpersonal skills to collaborate and present to cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Change management expertise, including experience in driving user adoption and managing organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
