Unlike other software, Arketa offers clean & easy-to-use software tools for wellness entrepreneurs & studios to easily set their schedules, accept bookings & payments, create on demand video libraries, host retreats, text, do email marketing and grow their businesses in-person and online. Arketa offers branded apps and websites so your customers have a consistent experience across all mediums.

We’ve raised a $6M seed round led by First Round Capital, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for people who want to inspire and empower a healthier world based in New York City.

This role is perfect for a relationship-driven marketer who wants to shape Arketa's future through strategic partnerships in the wellness industry. As our first Partnerships Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the Head of Marketing to build and nurture relationships that expand Arketa's reach and value within the wellness ecosystem. You'll be the bridge between Arketa and organizations that help wellness businesses thrive – from business coaches and credentialing organizations to equipment and apparel brands.

What You'll Do

• Partnership Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute Arketa's partnership strategy across the wellness business ecosystem, identifying and securing partnerships that drive value for our community
• Relationship Management: Own relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and uncovering opportunities to deepen collaboration
• Revenue Generation: Drive partnership and industry sponsorship revenue through creative program development and excellent relationship management
• Program Development: Create compelling partnership programs that benefit both partners and Arketa's community of wellness entrepreneurs
• Industry Engagement: Represent Arketa at industry events and build strong relationships with key players in the wellness business ecosystem
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner programs are effectively integrated across the business

We think you'll be an amazing fit for this position if you can demonstrate

• 3+ years of partnership marketing or business development experience
• Experience in or passion for the wellness/fitness industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership programs simultaneously
• Excellence in both written and verbal communication
• Natural relationship builder who can quickly establish trust and credibility
• Experience developing partnership programs that drive measurable business results
• Ability to work both strategically and tactically – you're comfortable both creating the vision and executing the details
