We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead our RevOps function at Arketa. As one of our early leaders in this area, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create the infrastructure, insights, and processes that drive revenue growth and efficiency across the go-to-market (GTM) engine.
This is a high-impact role where you'll bring order, clarity, and scale to a rapidly growing Series A startup. You'll be both strategic and hands-on, rolling up your sleeves to build systems, processes, and reporting while shaping our revenue strategy for long-term growth.

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $170,000–$190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package.
