As a Senior Manager in EY's Managed Services team focused on Salesforce and Digital Applications, you will lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing solution design and implementation, and driving innovation across digital ecosystems. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in Salesforce, cloud technologies, and enterprise digital strategy.
To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. You should have 10–12 years of experience in Salesforce and digital application delivery. You should also have a proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. Additionally, experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models is required. A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and security is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or MBA, Salesforce certifications, experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices, and familiarity with other digital platforms.
