Salary Range: $57,531 - $84,879
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee case assignments and workload distribution among social services staff.
- Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
- Develop partnerships with community resources and service providers.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and support to frontline social workers.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple cases and projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Case management and service coordination
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Knowledge of Arkansas social service laws, policies, and regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of work experience in human services programs or public service.
- Required to have a background check and child/adult maltreatment registry check.
