The Social Services Assistant provides supportive services to social workers, case managers, and clients. This role assists with administrative tasks, outreach efforts, and client referrals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records and case documentation. Support community outreach and public education initiatives. Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for client services. The Social Services Assistant works under general supervision and is responsible for teaching living skills to clients and assisting clients in locating necessary resources. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.
