Basic Qualifications: STEM degree at bachelors level or higher. Have knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills. Experience in troubleshooting electrical test failures associated with hardware and using electrical data acquisition instruments. Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions. Good communications and presentation skills. Well versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards. Experienced in using various inspection measurement tools, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration. Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills: Manufacturing and process improvement experience. Defense or military contractor experience. Working knowledge of SAP. Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes. Experience in working with MiniTab. Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
