Roles and Responsibilities

Product Management/User Experience Designer will:

  • Engage with internal and external collaborators to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of our customers to internal teams.
  • Communicate with customers about new features, gather feedback, and iterate.
  • Design solutions, write use cases, business requirements, and documentation.
  • Develop, groom, and prioritize a feature roadmap.
  • Evangelize ideas from inception to launch, persuading collaborators.
  • Present to and align with leadership collaborators.
  • Track dependencies on internal and external collaborators.
  • Partner with project and program management to align on key timelines.
  • Evaluate market trends and know the competitive landscape.
  • Design mockups and prototypes through collaboration with the UX team.

Objective Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for a Product Manager/User Experience Designer position, the following must be met:

  • Graduating with a bachelor's degree in design-focused majors with technical minors, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, and/or equivalent fields by summer 2026.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, JavaScript, R, PHP, Swift, Go, C#, Matlab, Julia, Kotlin.
  • Have academic coursework, projects, internships, and/or research experience in the following areas:
    • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing
    • Big Data / Data Structures / Algorithms
    • Cloud Computing
    • Computer Systems / Distributed Systems / Embedded Systems / Operating Systems
    • Database Systems/Design
    • Object Oriented Design
    • Web/Mobile Development
    • User Interface Design
  • Have academic coursework, work experience, or completed project research in the following Business Management areas:
    • Accounting
    • Business Analytics
    • Business Strategy
    • Economics
    • Finance
    • Game Theory
    • Marketing
    • Operations Research
    • Optimization
    • Statistics
    • Supply Chain
  • Attend a university in the US.
  • Authorized to work in the US in 2026.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3.0 GPA

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $53,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
