Prior experience or training as a Marine Technician. Comfortable operating boats and pulling trailers. Physically able to lift/move heavy objects. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation to work. Perform maintenance and repairs on boats and 4-stroke outboard engines. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Test drive boats and handle boat/trailer transport. Must be able to drive forklift. Understanding of electrical systems and wiring. Ability to communicate in a professional manner to our customers and associates. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, associates and customers.
