Insight Global's client is seeking a detail-oriented project manager with experience tracking and navigating merchant support tools, data, and workflows. This role will build strong relationships by working directly with teams, answering questions, and proactively spotting issues before they escalate. The project manager will be supporting through existing documentation and be able to suggest improvements where needed. Responsibility includes crafting clear, complete support tickets to streamline resolution. The project manager will track trends, test fixes, and present feedback to help improve tools, processes, and the overall support experience within the Fashion team.
