An engineering (or technically related) degree or significant experience in industrial/facilities maintenance with prior supervision/oversight of maintenance work is required for this position.
The Facilities & Industrial Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building, grounds and production equipment maintenance at our facility. This role supervises maintenance staff and coordinates with contractors to maintain, repair, install, and upgrade building infrastructure, utilities, and production machinery which includes state of the art precision CNC and mechanical equipment. The successful candidate is highly organized, technically skilled in both facility systems and industrial equipment, and experienced leading teams in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Degree in a relevant field (Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, or other Engineering Disciplines) or equivalent maintenance / hands-on experience.
Proven experience supervising maintenance/facility teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Broad knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural), and industrial equipment maintenance.
Capability to read/interpreting blueprints, schematics and production drawings.
Strong project-management skills: able to plan, schedule, oversee multiple concurrent maintenance and renovation projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory/compliance standards.
Ability to work in a large facility (approximately 67,000 sq ft) and manage both grounds/facilities and production-equipment responsibilities.
The role is based at our main facility, inclusive of production areas, warehouses and grounds. Work may require irregular hours or responding to urgent production or facility issues. Requires use of standard maintenance tools, access equipment, and interaction with contractors, production staff, and maintenance crew.
