Sam's Club is building the future of intelligent, digitally powered clubs — and the Omni Club Transformation team sits at the center of that evolution. We're looking for a seasoned director-level leader with strong product and business acumen who can step in quickly and accelerate our work on digital twins, AI-driven simulations, and intelligent data fabric. In this role, you'll partner deeply with product, tech, real estate, and multiple operational teams to create digital replicas of Sam's Club environments, run complex simulations, and transform how our clubs operate — from workforce optimization to smart shelf labeling. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, present to leaders, and guide next-generation approaches that directly reshape the member and associate experience. This is a Bentonville-based role (relocation required) for someone energized by ambiguity, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include regional pay zone (RPZ) (based on location).
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or related field and 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications: Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters: Business Administration. Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
