Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries through inbound calls, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.
• Document customer interactions by creating and updating cases in the case management system.
• Maintain daily productivity logs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in special projects, including site testing and client support initiatives, as directed by leadership.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients to address complex issues requiring additional follow-up.
• Adapt to evolving processes and policies as communicated by the leadership team.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality while resolving customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
