Cloud Hardware Support Architect

Job Title

Supports hardware repair operations in Oracle's global cloud computing environment (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – OCI). Responsible for identifying and championing ideas to make repairs within OCI's infrastructure safer, more reliable, and more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Identifies areas for efficiency improvements and defect reductions in operations performed by Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) staff.
• Selects and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure potential and actual gains.
• Drives improvements in how CHS and partner teams interface.

Mentors regional technical leads.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical lead of a large organization.
• Critical thinking skills.
• An ability and willingness to challenge established practices.
