As the Home And Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. Primary responsibilities include providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders. You will also support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system. Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.

Required qualifications include a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit. You must also have current CPR certification, the ability to work flexible hours, and the ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client. State-specific requirements include 40-hour aide training approved by Arkansas Dept. of Health; certified as personal care aide.
Preferred qualifications include six months or more of home care experience. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
