The Team Leader will be responsible for building and leading the new Value Operations team. This team will initially focus on delivering the following core services and outcomes:
Responsible for developing and executing strategy for a new team in Digital Enabling Services building
Effectively lead a team of 3-6 associates and/or contractors.
Provide leadership, development, and mentoring to associates through examples and timely feedback, holding the team accountable for quality and timely results
Inspire personal growth through proactively identifying and coaching knowledge, developments, and skills needed for the future and ensure succession depth
Align team activities, strategies, responsibilities, priorities, and objectives with the area and firm's strategic direction
Understanding of the team's systems, tools, processes, and reporting, including but not limited to Clarity, Aha!, SharePoint, PowerPoint, dashboards, etc.
Lead, partner, and execute on-going improvements for processes and operational ways of working related to the team (e.g. resource management, reporting, governance, and support processes)
Establish and maintain effective and transparent communications and relationships across teams, departments, the Digital Division, and Firm, such as Operational Enablement, Strategic Initiative Management, Product Management, Shared Technology Services and other divisions throughout the firm, such as Finance, Firm Planning and Execution Excellence, and others.
Support senior leadership through ad hoc requests – able to appropriately react to issues, feedback, and other requests while leading team resources with appropriate urgency

Bachelor's degree required
MBA or graduate degree preferred
Experience in planning for execution in Agile and Agile Transformations preferred
5 or more years of related business experience with increasingly responsible positions. Experience must include leading teams, planning, setting strategy and direction, and leading large, complex efforts. 1 year of leadership experience including significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others.
5+ years of project or product management experience
Strong systems thinking and integration management analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to influence directly and indirectly across the firm.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results in partnership
Experience mentoring associates at all levels
Ability to multi-task; able to effectively handle multiple priorities/ responsibilities
Able to effectively lead and thrive in ambiguity in a constant state of fast-pace changes
Demonstrated experience in managing "upward" among senior leadership
