The Sr. Services Solutions Architect is a customer-facing technology leader who drives technical strategy and managed services engagements for enterprise clients. As part of Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) Field CTO team, the Sr. Services Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic advisory and technology architecture design. Partnering with both customers and internal teams, this role ensures that clients are able to leverage CSS' technical expertise and managed services offerings to solve complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation.
This role blends deep technical knowledge with consulting excellence, influencing and shaping the technical vision of enterprise clients while ensuring alignment with the company's capabilities.

Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
+ Experience:
+ 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, and/or managed services leadership.
+ Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and implementation with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments for Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, and/or Corporate Finance
+ Extensive experience working with cloud platforms, software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, cybersecurity).
+ Skills:
+ Strong consulting background, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements, deliver value, and build lasting relationships.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex technical concepts for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Expertise in crafting detailed technical architectures, and services solution that address business challenges.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour; from: $108,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 80/20.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
