Servicenow Platform Engineer

CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Platform Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Duration: 12 months

What You'll Do:

• Lead design & development of scoped applications on ServiceNow App Engine.
• Build reusable integrations via Integration Hub and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize instance performance (indexes, queries, caching) and lead platform health initiatives.
• Define platform guardrails and ensure enterprise best practices.
• Collaborate with IT & business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow App Engine experience.
• Expertise in Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, and data modeling.
• Strong background in CI/CD, branching, instance migration, and integrations.
• Performance optimization & governance leadership skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
