Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 01-Oct-2025. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the hardware and software infrastructure in the branch and home office environments in a way that ensures continued functionality
  • Apply analytical skills, along with technical knowledge and an understanding of our business environment, to provide quality solutions to our branches and home office users
  • Accurately identify and document trends for effective problem management.
  • Delivery of solutions provided by other areas of IS that require remote troubleshooting and instruction
  • Responsible for weekend and holiday support coverage as a regular function of the department
  • Effectively mentor other associates and provide development support within the team environment, through on the job coaching
  • Take a leadership role in projects designed to meet key goals for the department.
  • Pursues solutions to identified trends and effectively communicates details to business areas and the department

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Hiring Minimum: $46600

Hiring Maximum: $76800

What Experience You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ of analytical and technical experience, including:
  • Comprehensive understanding of and the ability to troubleshoot the following technologies required:
  • Windows
  • Mobile devices and PDAs
  • Workstation hardware
  • Laptops and/or Tablets
  • Laser printers
  • Microsoft Office
  • Video equipment
  • Enterprise phone systems
  • Wireless networking
  • Driver/Software installation and removal
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Flexibility in adapting to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience mentoring or training others is required
  • Demonstrated performance as a peer coach with associate performance evaluation experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically when faced with complex situations
  • Ability to react calmly in stressful situations
  • Ability to apply high quality service delivery skills
  • Ability to drive results towards a common solution

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
