This role is fully remote within the United States, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

We operate with core collaboration hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (team headquarters time zone). Outside of those hours, employees have flexibility in structuring their workday. Occasional travel may be required, typically up to one week per quarter, for team collaboration or planning sessions.

Copeland offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including:

• Base salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
