As a Scrum Master within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an ongoing ServiceNow transformation initiative. This large-scale program spans multiple agile teams and continues to evolve as the organization modernizes its service management capabilities.
This role will focus specifically on the IT Asset Management (ITAM) domain, supporting a mature, fully formed agile team and ensuring delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The ITAM team ensures that technology assets required to deliver services are properly controlled.
Maintains accurate, reliable asset data, including configuration details and relationships between assets.
Supports informed decision-making by ensuring asset information is available when and where needed.
Team composition includes BSAs, Product Owners, and Quality Engineers (fully staffed and established)
