Returns Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Returns Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to a global audience.

Position Overview

As a Global Support Team Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer requests related to equipment returns. You will support global customers-including regions such as India and Brazil-by handling return logistics, creating RMAs, and ensuring timely case resolution through email-based support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support tickets via email regarding equipment return status
• Create and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
• Generate return shipping labels and coordinate logistics
• Accurately document and close cases in the ticketing system
• Provide timely, professional communication to global customers
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills (required)
• Strong customer service and support experience
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tools efficiently
• Experience in help desk or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating RMAs
• Experience generating shipping and return labels
• Background in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce environments

Schedule

This position offers two shift options:

• Schedule 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule 2: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
