About the Role
We're looking for a proven product leader with deep Salesforce expertise to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions for our retail banking teams. This role is critical to enabling bankers to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that improve efficiency, deepen customer relationships, and enhance satisfaction across deposits, lending, and wealth solutions.
You'll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and data, partnering with stakeholders across the bank to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $200,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
