We are seeking a Plant Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics and excellent interpersonal skills. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for identifying problems and troubleshooting equipment, diagnosing fixes, and keeping detailed records of failures. They will track issues from a reliability standpoint, determine root causes of why systems are failing, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. This role is highly collaborative, requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage vendor relationships. The Plant Engineer will spend approximately 60% of their time on the floor troubleshooting and supporting operations, and 40% on planning, coordination, and vendor management.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with normal holidays observed. The role is based in Phoenix, requiring approximately 10% travel to other key locations, such as Louisville and Maryland. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 – $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
