What You'll Do:

We're looking for a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our leadership team and plant associates. This role is a key connector across multiple departments, helping to solve problems, streamline processes, and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety in your work, this position is for you.

Partner across Operations, HR, and Finance to provide administrative and analytical support.

Compile reports and track operational performance for leadership review.

Review and process AP invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and proper general ledger coding.

Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs) post-shipment to ensure timely billing and documentation.

Provide audit support by preparing documentation and conducting research as needed.

Validate customer returns for accuracy in product quantities and SKUs.

Oversee office management, including supply purchasing, filing, and guest accommodations.

Coordinate meetings and events (plant activities, meals, team gatherings, etc.).

Serve as a liaison with IT to troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues.

Maintain the Access Control System, including issuing and deactivating badges.

Support the Customer Service team with billing or invoicing discrepancies.

Provide occasional back-up support for HR, including new hire onboarding and employee inquiries.

What You'll Bring:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

High School Diploma or GED – Required

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – Required

Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage projects, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset.
