Provider Service Representative

BroadPath invites you to join our team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support. In this role, you will handle provider inquiries related to member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims. We provide the tools, training, and resources you need to succeed, and we're looking for individuals who are committed to both completing all required training and contributing to the long-term success of this project.

Compensation Highlights:

• Base Pay: up to $18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule Highlights:

• Training Schedule: 6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
• Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Responsibilities:

• Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses for providers
• Estimate member out-of-pocket expenses for select procedures or services and explain member copayments
• Achieve performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, adherence, and attendance
• Ensure compliance with BroadPath, client, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of recent experience as a health plan Provider Service Representative in a similar role, dealing with member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills, including practical information search, quick navigation through multiple windows and screens, and accurate data entry while maintaining call pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day, even with repetitive tasks
• High School Diploma or equivalent
