In this role, you'll design and develop repairs, modifications, and enhancements based on in-service issues and market strategy, supporting PSH and engine components. You will be responsible for shop manufacturing support, creating repair documents, driving repair process improvements, and delivering 3D modeling and CAD designs.
In addition, you will lead and support engineering improvement projects while helping define and advance Factory of the Future initiatives through automation, digitization, and AI.

Lead Engineering Improvement Projects: Analyze and improve key performance metrics such as TAT, Cycle time, FPY, and margin enhancement through data-driven engineering solutions.
Manufacturing Support: Provide real-time technical support to shop floor operations, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and specifications.
Repair Documentation: Author and revise technical repair instructions, work scopes, and engineering orders using Honeywell's documentation systems and regulatory frameworks.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement cost-effective process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
CAD & 3D Modeling: Design tooling, fixtures, and component modifications to support repair development and prototyping.
Technical Collaboration: Interface with design engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to validate repair methods and ensure airworthiness compliance.
Factory of the Future Initiatives: Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects, including AI-driven diagnostics, smart workstations, and predictive maintenance tools.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 1+ year of Engineering experience
