Our client is seeking a Jira Service Management (JSM) Workflow Engineer to support its Security Organization in building and configuring incident management workflows from scratch. This role will be embedded within the Jira team and will collaborate closely with 2-4 teams across the security org to gather requirements, document them in Confluence, and implement tailored JSM workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JSM modules, especially incident management, and a strong understanding of security tooling integrations (e.g., SIEM, Splunk).
