Field Operations Associate

Hiring reliable Field Operations Associates to support a fast-paced product research project throughout Phoenix, AZ.

Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends)

Hours: 8-6p*must be flexible

Duration: Full time commitment from April to September.

Overview: In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong reliability and full-time availability required – will be scheduled for 5 days including weekends.

Use of your personal vehicle is required for this role, mileage/travel will be reimbursed.

Skills and Requirements

Prior Experience

- Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client-facing or operational roles)

Travel Requirements:

- Ability to move between designated locations as needed

- Personal vehicle & valid drivers license required to interview

Shift Requirements:

- Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise

- Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full-time days)

Education:

- HS Diploma Required

Additional:

- Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

- Comfort supporting operational and research-related workflows – Education: B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications or similar fields

- Experience: Prior experience with user research/usability studies preferred
