The Customer Service Specialist attends to the needs of all clinic patients, answering incoming phone calls in a pleasant voice and greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. S/he is helpful and empathetic with patient concerns and problems, referring patients to other clinic staff as appropriate. Works and communicates with clinic providers and staff to exceed the needs and expectations of patients and other health care organizations.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 2-3 years experience in a physicians clinic/practice
Specific Skills: Good verbal and written, communicate in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
