Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of products. Make presentations on all aspects of products. Assist sales staff in assessing potential application of products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Be responsible for acceptance test, customers training, recipe setup, project execution, and related pre-sales activities. Implement detailed customer installation plans. Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors for issue fix. Collaborate with software and systems engineering to resolve hardware and software problems. Work with customers and division to maximize the benefit of products. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the products and implement plans.
The type of products: Brightfield optical inspection products. The type of processes: Semiconductor manufacturing process for advance technology nodes such as 4nm and 3nm process. The type of systems: KLA SW system such as ImpactXP, iSee, DART and BBPMainUI to process inspection defect data. The type of technological products: Broadband plasma 2965 and Broadband plasma 3935.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
