Job Summary
As part of the Alorica team, you will help our clients by addressing their customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
• Help clients with problems and concerns they experience while using the product and/or service.
• Document information related to calls for audit and reporting purposes.
• Maintain and update client information as needed.
• Increase sales to current customers by offering new or improved services.
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
• Professional and courteous.
• Customer-oriented.
Work Environment
• Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
