Account Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Representative to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This hybrid role combines customer support and account management, focusing on high-touch service and strategic engagement for professional accounts, including salons and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems with a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain daily support interactions and accurate records.
• Onboard and conduct ongoing check-ins with assigned professional accounts.
• Manage salon/spa accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collections.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure product usage compliance and education.
• Monitor account health and communicate trends or concerns.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a client-facing support role.
• Experience handling inbound calls while managing a book of business.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Call center experience.
• Familiarity with the following tools is preferred:
• Syspro (ERP)
• Shopify (ecommerce)
• Salesforce (ticketing and live chat)
• Yotpo (reviews and loyalty)
• Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools
• Knowledge of the professional nail or cosmetics industry is a plus.

Work Environment:

• You will work in a cosmetics manufacturing facility primarily focused on nail polish.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending by 5 pm.
• After 90 days, employees earn one remote workday per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 – $43680.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
