Location: Affordable Care in Phoenix, Arizona, United States
Responsible for providing hands-on training to specified laboratory technicians in the laboratory setting. Will also provide lab production support as requested by the practice. May provide technical training for new hires and existing lab employees. Subject matter expert and consultant in lab processes and procedures and will help identify dental laboratory employee development needs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) required

Instructional systems design
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory with increasing responsibilities and working with multi-site hospitals/health systems and/or payers, health, vision and pharmaceutical organizations
Extensive experience in dental operations and service
Experience managing large networks of customer-facing operations
Healthcare experience preferred
Skilled in implementation of LEAN/Six Sigma preferred
