Raytheon is expanding its engineering organization to meet customer demand and is looking for engineers with strong foundational skills and a passion for solving hard problems. This role is based in Tucson, Arizona, and requires U.S. citizenship and an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.
The position involves enhancing electrical engineering skills, working with digital, analog, and RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems. Collaboration with various engineering disciplines is essential to achieve and document concurrence and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
The role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge of various electrical components, circuit card assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuit design or analysis. Additionally, one will achieve a RTX Core Certification and receive Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training.
Qualifications typically require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum 3 years experience. Experience with RF, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuit design or analysis and laboratory equipment is preferred.
The position is eligible for relocation and offers a salary range of $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
