This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025. Responsibilities include ensuring daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, coaching and educating agents on how to improve their performance, creating an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm, and accountability, and taking initiative and showing leadership by creating performance improvement plans. You will also administer coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate, handle both internal and client led performance discussions, and ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including security, HR, operations, etc. You must be able to take calls when needed, have at least 1 year supervisory experience, have an active healthcare license, work remotely, be flexible to work any 8 hours between 7AM-7PM EST Monday to Friday subject to change at client's discretion, have a college degree preferred or equivalent work experience required, work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines and be accountable for the performance of others, demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results, have a keen sense of attention to detail, be skilled in determining why and how tasks should be attempted and their effective completion, have proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills, have a typing speed of 25 wpm, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standards. You must also have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, a high school diploma or GED required, excellent attendance history is required, and must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screening, illegal drug tests and credit checks.
