The Sr. Program Operations Manager (POM) position is located onsite at the Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Tucson, Arizona airport. The POM is responsible for communicating all program requirements to the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs-factories) and manufacturing sites. They will provide guidance on sequence of operations to help ensure that commitments can be met by working effectively across all Operations and Program teams. The candidate chosen shall be embedded within a development program, and will work alongside the design team, influencing hardware producibility and affordability. This role is the primary interface between the Program Management Office (PMO), Functional leaders, and Operations factory leadership for all the SMCs. They are responsible for strategic Program/Operations planning for current production performance and future Program production and development efforts. In addition, it may be necessary to support OPSEC plan(s) execution as well as influence future security strategies. The successful candidate will communicate across programs as necessary, to identify, assess, collaborate and resolve issues with contractual deliveries and program requirements.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
