Senior Civil Engineer (PE)/Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer (PE)/Project Manager for our Phoenix, AZ office within the Mining Services Business Unit. This role involves managing projects, leading technical design work, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include overseeing design evaluations, plan sets, reports, cost estimates, and permit applications, as well as conducting field inspections and construction oversight. The position also requires regular client engagement, budget and schedule tracking, proposal development, and coordination with subconsultants. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering safe, effective solutions. This role pays $140-180k.

Skills and Requirements:

• You have 15+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure, water and/or wastewater systems, earthwork grading, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, pumping/piping projects, site development projects, with mine site infrastructure and reclamation related projects considered a plus.
• You have experience in project and client management. You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or can obtain licensure in Arizona within 6 months.

• Ability to work fully onsite
