Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Site Supervisor to work in the Phoenix Metro area (Tempe). This position offers a pay rate of $23.00/hr - paid weekly. This full-time position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with varying shift expectations, as the role is responsible for the oversight of all assigned security personnel at this location. Additional coverage may be required on occasion due to callouts, PTO, emergency shift openings, or other operational needs.

Requirements:

• Security and safety experience.
• Valid Arizona Guard License.
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in multiple environments (indoors and outdoors).
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly.
• CPR certification required.
• This is a uniformed position; candidates must maintain a professional appearance at all times and be willing to enforce uniform standards.
• The position also requires attendance at weekly Microsoft Teams meetings and ongoing communication with client representatives, regional management, and national-level leadership.
