The Pima County Development Services Department seeks a Site Review Project Manager I to support development review activities with a focus on subdivision projects and associated public infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, project management, construction management, land planning, architecture, engineering or a related field as determined by the department head at the time of recruitment AND four years of professional experience in development project management or review. (Relevant experience and/or education from an accredited college or university may be substituted.) OR Four years with Pima County in a Construction Project Coordinator or related position as determined by the department head at the time of recruitment INCLUDING one year of experience in a supervisory capacity. Qualifying education and experience must be clearly documented.
