The Senior Channel Manager serves as the business lead for high-impact marketing channels that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across Edward Jones' recruiting lines. This role is responsible for guiding the strategy and performance activation of paid media, social, email, and direct mail channels, in partnership with external agencies and internal collaborators. You'll ensure channel strategies align with segmented campaign goals, brand vision, and hiring outcomes. Hiring Minimum: $99,200 Hiring Maximum: $168,900
