We are seeking a Senior Telecom CCaaS Engineer with deep expertise in cloud contact center platforms and a passion for AI-driven automation. In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize our CCaaS and UCaaS environments to support Datavant's vision of intelligent, self-service–driven customer interactions. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to design scalable, resilient, and future-proof solutions that put AI at the core of the agent and customer experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience with cloud contact center platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE, or similar).
 Proven track record in designing and deploying CCaaS integrations and automation workflows.
 Strong proficiency in API functionality, development, and integration.
 Familiarity with AI-driven agentic systems, conversational AI, and automation frameworks.
 Experience with WFM systems and contact center optimization.
 Advanced knowledge of reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
 AWS certifications strongly preferred; experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-first environment with minimal supervision.
