The Senior Capital Account Manager is responsible for selling process and wastewater capital equipment and solutions to assigned industrial markets critical to the organization in terms of sales volume or market share growth, acts as single point of contact for customers in an assigned territory (West). The focus is on driving revenue and client retention by building consultative relationships, understanding customer industry and business needs and offer bold and innovative solutions.
Required: BS/BA or Masters in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required: • 10+ years of sales experience and wastewater treatment industry related experience • Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing • Advanced individual contributor with mastery of sales techniques • Strong communication skills • 10+ years of sales experience-Must have wastewater treatment industry related experience • Utilizes knowledge of industry to recommend updates or changes to product / service offering • Ability to complete sales with no supervision • Proven ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing customers • Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Travel Requirements: 50% to 60% Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 plus sales incentives. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
