HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time & Part-time Security Officers in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position pays $20.50/hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience and a strong customer service mindset.

Job Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 3 years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of security experience
• Excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and function with limited supervision
• High level of accuracy and integrity
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Dependable means of transportation
• Good grooming standards
• Teamwork ability
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Clean driving record
• Active AZ Guard Card required

Position Overview

The Security Officer will represent the client as the first point of contact, greeting everyone upon entry. Officers may perform a variety of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers are expected to thoroughly understand Post Orders and SOPs and act quickly and effectively in accordance with them.
