Job summary: Salesforce Business Analyst - Hybrid Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States Length and terms: Long term - W2 or c2c Position created on 10/10/2025 05:18 am Initial PO for 12 months; usually projects with this customer go for 3+ years ***w2 or 1099 or c2c; must attend in person interview*** Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions. Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities. Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs. Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
